Backstage at The Blonds with some amazing yellow catseye makeup and vulcan type head pieces created by design duo Phillipe and David Blond. Shot at Milk Studios New York during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week - Spring 2014. A truly spectacular show and this is my favourite image from backstage. Laughter is the best medicine.

Backstage at The Blonds

The blonds had some amazingly creative ideas for their Spring 2014 show which made way for lots of interesting subjects to shoot. Here's my shots from their New York show in September. There was amazing makeup and Phillipe and David Blond's shows overall style appeared to be inspired by the Vulcans in Star Trek.

It was difficult for one of the models to do the Vulcan sign when I asked them to do it, much to the amusement of the other model!
